Cancellation Policy
Tours — Wild Horses Photo Safari
- If a guest cancels the tour at any time, the paid deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit can be used within 12 months for the same tour or any other service offered by Continental Adventure.
- If Continental Adventure cancels the tour, which may occur only in case of severe weather conditions, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- In the event that wild horses are not found during the tour, guests may choose to repeat the tour or receive a full refund.
Accommodation
- Accommodation reservations are made exclusively through the property's website.
- To confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required. Without the recorded deposit payment, the reservation will not be considered valid or confirmed.
- Guests are required to provide accurate information and the names of all persons who will be using the accommodation property at the time of booking.
- Only the number of persons for whom the accommodation unit is designated may stay in the property.
- Bringing or allowing other unregistered and non-registered persons to stay at the property without the prior consent of the host is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing pets without the prior consent of the host is strictly prohibited. Our resort also has resident pets (dogs and cats), but it is strictly forbidden to bring any animals, including our own pets, into the accommodation units, except A-Frame Dinara, as it is pet friendly.
- Changes to the reserved house or stay dates are possible, subject to availability. Such changes may require an additional payment or price adjustment due to differences in accommodation unit prices or seasonal rates for the selected dates.
- In the event of a reservation cancellation by the guest, the paid amount is non-refundable.
- The guest may use the paid amount to reschedule the arrival date within one year from the originally booked date, subject to prior agreement and accommodation availability.
