Tour Rules — Wild Horses Photo Safari
Thank you for booking our tour. Please follow these rules and safety instructions.
Departure and arrival
- Tour departures take place strictly at the scheduled time.
- Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes before the tour starts.
- The maximum waiting time is 5 minutes, after which the tour will depart without absent guests.
- In case of difficult conditions or justified delays, the guide may wait up to 15 minutes; delays longer than that will require guests to join the next available tour.
Safety and health
- Guests who have allergies to grass, insect bites (horseflies, bees, etc.), or any other medical conditions are required to bring all necessary medication and protective equipment with them.
- All participants are required to follow the guide's instructions throughout the entire tour. Any guest who fails to comply with the rules and safety instructions assumes full personal responsibility for their actions and any consequences.
Wildlife
- Feeding the wild horses and approaching the herd without the guide's permission is strictly prohibited.
