Continental Adventure d.o.o. respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, for what purposes, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

  • Booking data — first name, last name, email, phone, country, notes

  • Payment data — processed exclusively by the Monri pay@web platform; we do not store your card data

  • Stay data — number of guests, arrival/departure dates, selected services

Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to process bookings, communicate with you (confirmations, pre-arrival instructions, review requests), and meet legal obligations (stay registration).

Marketing and cookies

Our site uses Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Marketing trackers fire only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

Your rights

Credit card purchase security

The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured using the latest version of TLS encryption. Pages for online payment are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encoding data to prevent unauthorised access during its transmission.

The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorised persons.

The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data over a Virtual Private Network (VPN), which is protected from unauthorised access.

Monri Payment Gateway is certified to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules.

Privacy statement

We are committed to protecting our customers' personal data: we collect only the necessary, basic data about customers / users required to fulfil our obligations; we inform customers about how the collected data is used; and we regularly give customers a choice in how their data is used, including the option to decide whether or not their name is removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user data is strictly safeguarded and accessible only to employees who need it to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for upholding the principles of privacy protection.
