House Rules

Please follow these rules so that every guest can enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay.

  1. So that the host can register the stay, upon arrival at the accommodation unit guests present their personal documents (passports or ID cards) for all persons and pay the remaining balance for the accommodation. The host retains the identification documents only for the time needed to complete the registration.
  2. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables left in the accommodation unit; the owner is not liable for any loss. When leaving, guests must close the doors and windows.
  3. During the guest's absence the host has no right to enter the rented unit, except in special circumstances to prevent danger or damage; the host informs the guest of any such entry at the first opportunity. If there is a justified suspicion of damage, the guest must allow entry for inspection.
  4. It is strictly forbidden to bring people who are not users of the accommodation into the interior or exterior of the unit. Only the number of persons for which the unit is designed may stay in it. If unregistered persons are found or the capacity is exceeded, the host has the full right to cancel the accommodation for all guests and retains the full amount.
  5. Please take care of the unit and treat the furniture and equipment with respect. It is not permitted to move furniture from one room to another or to take equipment outside the house.
  6. A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage must compensate the full amount of the damage. The owner may request a deposit for Villa Cincar; the deposit is paid on the day of arrival and refunded in full on the day of departure provided the unit is left in the condition it was found. Deposit amount for Villa Cincar — €500.00.
  7. Smoking inside the accommodation unit is strictly prohibited. If the host detects a violation, they have the right to immediately cancel the accommodation while retaining the full rental amount (and the Villa Cincar deposit). All units are equipped with smoke alarms; if an alarm is triggered by a cigarette, the accommodation is cancelled immediately.
  8. Pets are allowed only with the host's approval for A-Frame Dinara. Please note that bringing pets may result in additional cleaning or inventory-replacement costs.
  9. The check-out time for each unit is stated during booking. Please respect it so we can prepare the unit for new guests. Extending the stay is possible only with the host's prior approval. Exceeding the check-out time is charged at €15.00 per started hour (€50.00 per started hour for Villa Cincar). The unit must be left clean and undamaged.
  10. Pool and jacuzzi usage rules:
    • Use of the spa facilities is at your own risk; children must be supervised by a parent.
    • Showering before entering the spa is mandatory; the use of shampoo, oils, or similar products that may alter the water's pH is strictly forbidden.
    • (Villa Cincar) It is strictly forbidden to touch the devices near the pool (heating pump, dehumidifier, sauna); the guest compensates the full amount for any damage to a device.
    • Jumping into the pool, using glass containers, and putting food into the pool or jacuzzi filters are forbidden.
    • Urinating in the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited; children who cannot control their bodily functions must wear swimming diapers.
  11. Although the houses are separated, we ask for appropriate behaviour and respect for the peace of other guests. Loud music and noise after 22:00 are not allowed. Any celebrations are possible only with the host's prior agreement.
  12. All houses are located in a forest setting. We carry out regular professional pest control (proof available on request), but due to the natural surroundings it is not possible to fully prevent the occasional appearance of insects or rodents. Please keep doors and windows closed.
  13. It is not permitted to change the settings on already generated user accounts on multimedia devices; please use only the existing accounts.
  14. The guest consents to being recorded by the surveillance camera system installed around the units in the resort.
