Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all accommodation and tour booking services of Continental Adventure d.o.o. (hereafter "Provider").
1. Booking and payment
All reservations are processed by card through the Monri pay@web platform of UniCredit Bank BiH. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Depending on the product type, a 50% deposit or full payment may be required at checkout.
2. Cancellation and refunds
Standard cancellation policies by product type. The refund percentage is calculated against the amount paid (deposit or full payment), not against the total reservation price:

Specific products may have stricter terms listed on their page (e.g. Photo Adventure package: ≥ 40 days before departure — 100% refund; < 40 days — no refund). Cancellations are initiated by email to info@continentaladventure.net; refunds are processed through the Monri pay@web platform back to the card used for payment, within at most 14 business days.
3. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are listed on each accommodation page. Any remaining balance (where a deposit was paid) is collected on site by cash or card.
4. House rules
On booking, guests accept the House Rules and Guest Notice. Pets are not allowed at any accommodation unit.
5. Liability
The Provider is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, weather conditions, or third-party actions. Guests are responsible for their own equipment and personal safety during adventure activities.
6. Currency and conversion
All prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR). If your card is issued in another currency, your card issuer converts the amount into your local currency at the rate set by the relevant card scheme (Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro) on the day of the transaction. Continental Adventure does not apply any additional currency margin.
